Dennis came in did a full walk through checked the house for all pests and exterior. He also was able to show me areas where a previous pest control company had illegally thrown mouse bait and non housed it.

Amir is the sweetest man. He found my husband’s necklace which belonged to his father. It had fallen off his neck and Amir found it on the floor. He was almost as happy as Marty knowing he was responsible for returning his treasure. He’s a caring and compassionate great guy❤️‼️

First, I checked your exterior bait stations, they showed signs of moderate activity, so I removed the old bait and placed fresh bait into those stations. Next, I applied a liquid treatment around the exterior foundation of the home. I also applied the same treatment to the exterior trim of your doors and windows, but I did avoid the area where you had Thyme growing. This liquid treatment should prevent pests from entering at these points. The liquid treatment that was applied as a slow acting repellent and may need up to two weeks to be fully effective. I inspected for any termite activity, but I have not noticed any activity at this time. I installed four termite monitors on your property, we will be inspecting these at the quarterly services. I also brushed off Cobwebs around your windows and doors also around the foundation of your home to prevent/reduce spiders activity on the interior of your home.
